“Nice property”

“We stay at Brighton Suites a few days before Memorial Day every year. It is always clean and quiet. For some reason this year, they put us in a handicapped accessible room next to the elevator, despite us telling them that we are not handicapped. There were plenty of other rooms available but they did not move us. If you have ever stayed in a handicap accessible room, it is extremely uncomfortable for anyone who is not handicapped. The bed is very low and difficult to get in and out of and there……

“Very nice stay at the beach, close to the down town and easy access to shops and restaurants.”

“Everything was wonderful about the room, except for the odd location of the sink. The sink was not in the bathroom, but in the entrance way near the mini-fridge. With more than one person occupying the room, this was an inconvenience. Otherwise, service and cleanliness and amenities and location were all excellent!!”

“We’ve stayed many times and we have always been happy. The only issue this time was a weird sewer smell in our room that wouldn’t go away even with purifier on 24/7. Another small and annoying issue was the lack of WiFi. We had to walk into the lobby numerous times to reconnect after being booted off. Very odd. We shouldn’t need WiFi on vacation though so that’s on me. Ha. It did make me pause and relax a bit without being connected. Was actually nice but could be annoying if you needed to……

“Hotel is very clean , room spacious, front desk nice reception. Parking is just a bit a problem when entering the parking the entrance is very tight you have to be very careful not to hit the wall , other than that , the hotel is very nice and good . I will be staying next time i go to Rehoboth beach”

“The location is excellent with great access to beach and town. The street is quiet and the homes in the area are beautiful. The service was great. The hotel needs some TLC- there were even some small things that could be done to improve it. There was peeling paint on the ceiling and rust around radiators. Walls would have hooks and no paintings. The decor has not been updated in a long time. So overall a good experience that could have been made great with some attention to detail and basic……
