“Have been staying here since the place opened in 2017. Always clean comfortable and welcoming. Close to beach and restaurants.”

“The price is good. May not be the Ritz but it is no dump as many of the in town. I forgot my cooler and several hours later I realized once home. Called the desk and they found it and kept it until I returned a week later. For the budget this place is great a little dated Try that at the Holiday Inn wouldn’t have happen. ”

“First visit to South Seas. It is at the far northern part of Captiva Island. Its secluded, and quiet. The rooms are actually condo's which are really nice, clean and comfortable. Please keep in mind this resort is still undergoing construction from Hurricane Ian, but they have done a great job and can't wait for it to be finished as it will be amazing. The beach is gorgeous, not crowded and the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a great touch as we forgot to bring ours. Every……

“The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. “Host went above and beyond working with last minute changes to my booking due to son being hospitalized. The outside of the building doesn't compare to how nice the remodel is on the inside. The place was nice and clean. It had some extras to go shark tooth hunting and sit on the beach. Even tho I ended up leaving in a rush and left the kitchen a bit messy. They were still extremely nice and professional about things. I honestly can't recommend it enough. ”
