“The phone did not work for Room Service and the AC was not cooling. I will say the staff was SUPER friendly. When I went to check in the payment system was down but both front desk host handled things super and it was fixed quickly. When my phone did not work for room service I called the FD from my cell she was wonderful. She helped me right away. ALL of the staff I came to encounter were smiling and friendly.”

“I like the cleanliness but I didn’t like that they no longer have a pool ;the one appears in the picture no longer exists and I was traveling with my kids and wanted to use the swimming pool and I dislike that I don’t agree you keep showing there is a pool if there is not. That is a scam for me. ”

“Great location. Cleaning staff only removed garbage, picked up the tip, and left. Reception area un-manned a lot while I was there- doing other chores. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. Due to a thunderstorm the previous night, the WiFi was out but other than that, no complaints. Nice property and the room was spacious & clean but not as big as I imagined for a suite. However it worked for my partner & I. ”

“Our room was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I got updates from the staff often and they reached out to ensure we had what we needed. The front desk staff was so lovely to deal with. The only downside was our shower needed some upgrading (caulking around the shower needs replacement) and the pool outside was freezing cold. Other than that, it was a great stay. Amazing location and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. ”
