“I’m a scent person when you walk into the lobby there is a nice scent that hit your nose. Hotel is clean and nice decor. Convenient to RDU airport. I used the park and fly option to get to and from the airport. I would stay again if flying out of RDU again. ”

“There were three of us. Having a suite style room helped a lot. The facility was pleasant. Improvements would be: 1) to have the sofabed prepared for us, given that i reserved a reeom for three. We had to go down and request sheets and put them on the bed ourselves, 2) It would be nice to have a small mirror as part of the decor in the living room area so not everyone had to cluster around the mirrors in the dressing area.”

“Simple, dirty coffee machine, soft pillows, good breakfast, limited food choices at hotel sundry store and the items are all covered in dust. ”

“Came for a concert at the Amphitheater which is a 3 minute drive away. Nice hotel. The pool water was a little cold but everything else was nice. Will visit again.”

“So happy that I chose this hotel. Customer service is back!! Staff was so professional, kind, efficient. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and nicely furnished/decorated. The ambiance was relaxing- I knew I could rest well as soon as I walked in. The room was fantastic. Double bed with a separate living room area. All the amenities that we could need were available. I loved that there were full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than the wasteful travel sized bottles. Beds……
