“Overall we had a nice stay and thought it was a nice room with a great view. Largely the service was great. We had an incident where the fire alarm went off at about 2am and no one could provide much of an explanation beyond that it was a "false alarm." It wasn't a big deal, these things happen, but it was still a little disruptive. The biggest problem was the overpriced breakfast buffet. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay. Very convenient location for the Blackbeard Festival!”

“nice location, quiet property, a lot of amenities, including outdoor pool table, ping pong, outdoor firepit.... room had balcony and fireplace, would definitely stay again when in the Williamsburg area. ”

“The stay was fine but the room definitely needs some work compared to my stay in Feb at this same property. I tried to check in online and put my updated cc, but the system still tried to charge the old one do I had to stop at the front desk. I also didn’t realize I had to pay for parking because I don’t remember having that charge in Feb. The employee only mentioned the cc was trying to be charged for incidentals. I must have missed the parking fee when booking and was not told verbally. I saw……
