“We had a wonderful stay at Mystic River! It's a beautiful resort! The staff are all so amazing! They are so kind and helpful! The food was delicious and the room was comfortable and so nice. My husband and I have nothing but raves for this resort! You will not be disappointed! The tour guides are super knowledgeable, friendly and gave us a great experience. ”

“the location was very secluded and lovely. The two pools were a very nice amenity. It was easy to get luggage in and out of the rooms. The air conditioning was awesome and the Wi-Fi was really fast and consistent. One thing I was disappointed about was the lack of hooks or bars for towels (or wet swimsuits, etc.)anywhere in the room or bathroom. We were in the Treehouse room, so I am not sure if the other rooms had towel racks/hooks. Other than that, our stay was perfect!”

“Our stay was AMAZING!! Beautiful property!! The BREAKFAST was sooo good!! We were away for lunch everyday, sadly! And dinner was Ok! I specifically book riverview #4 for the outside shower and tub. The ONLY recommendation I’d have is to find a way to cover the tub so we don’t have to clean it out before each use. I wasn’t even able to use it during my time there. But the shower was great! ”

“Gaïa is a dream. We loved every second of our stay. Massages at the waterfall, dinner, the amazing room, coffee service to your room in the am. The staff was so friendly and kind. They have literally thought of everything. Our only mistake was not staying longer.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Bungalows are private. Flowers and towel art every day. Great food. The garden walk and open air greenhouse was amazing and very educational. Great for families and lots of options for excursions or just relax by the pool or kayak on the river.”

“Absolutely perfect stay. We had the 2 bedroom villa which was gigantic. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and a back terrace that is perfect for breakfast sojourns before getting into the heat of San Ignacio. There is a pool here too, albeit small. The staff are particularly great, and everyone is super polite and helpful. You will need a car to get here, and it’d make sense to rent one anyway as you have to drive in Belize. “We wanted to disconnect a little and experience the rainforest and we could not have had a better place to stay. The cabana was beautiful, well unkept, and had everything we need. The staff was excellent and the food from the restaurant was more than we could eat. Tons of beautiful plants and birds, and the creek was a really nice place to relax and float. ”

“This was a fantastic surprise for us. We had never been to San Ignacio and booked the hotel hoping the reviews were accurate. We were not disappointed. The property is stunning and elegant. We stayed in a beautiful King room overlooking the jungle and enjoyed our morning coffee in the British tea cups that were elegantly provided.
