“Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!”

“It was different seeing a large complex like this in the middle of the country. Really a nice complex. However, it was very large and confusing to walk around. Had a woodtick on our pillow when we woke up in the morning. Walls were so thin that I could hear the person next door going to the bathroom. ”
