“I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. “The property is excellent, but the experience was terrible. I reserved 3 nights from 30 July to 2nd of August, drove for 3 hours to find the reservation, made by mistake from the management site (expedia their local representative) from July 31st to 3rd of August. After many tough discussions with the local management company, that kept insisting hard that they are not responsible for the mistake, they found me an apartment for the first night, smaller than our needs.
