“My fiancé and I stayed here for a night to see a show in town. We didn’t realize that the hotel had JUST opened (and it was a soft open) so there were of course kinks to the actual stay. For example, the AC was having an issue being used large-scale for the first time. Bit of a hitch but in no way ruined our time there. What REALLY stood out was the customer service! Russell at the front desk was so accommodating! He did everything to make our stay more enjoyable - he brought us a fan, switched……

“A lack of staff. We arrived at 5:30 and there was a note on the front door saying we have to call the cleaner who also registered us. Cominental breakfast was mediocre. Fruit wasn’t fresh.
