“No room service for clean towels and toilet paper had to keep calling the front desk for it. I also think they should update there rooms with some USB sockets and some more sockets in general. There rooms in general need to be updated as well. ”

“The room it was a great experience. Except for the sheets needed to be changed, and I had to wait until the next day to get them changed when house keeping came the next day after I called and complained. The room should had a thorough cleaning before my arrival. It was over a great experience our first time there we went to celebrate my husband birthday and the food wasn’t not even good for additional two hundred for the two nights of dinning. Also on top of the fireplace looked as if it caught……

“This is definitely a rustic place . It brought back many memories of when our kids were little and we stayed in places like this. It definitely looks as if they are trying to do some upgrades. I must say the bed the sheets and the pillows are still comfortable. It was the best night sleep I had in a long time. I loved the old feel of the spiral staircase. They definitely need to do a little maintenance on somethings . All in all I will definitely be staying there again. The staff was so polite……
