“We had a good stay, but a thing or two stood out to us: the lack of friendliness of the front desk staff (except for one nice young lady who comped our parking as a courtesy due to the rudeness of another staff member). If you are in the industry of hospitality you should be, well, hospitable. Also, the rooms were clean and the facilities were accomodating. “This was my absolute favorite place that I have stayed in in Galveston the beach access was private so it wasn't crowded even though it was Jeep weekend. Everything about the hotel and the stay was excellent I would have given it five stars across the board but there was some sand grit on the floor, not a lot but enough for me to be grossed out being Barefoot but I'm also very particular. The major thing however is that there's no rooms with two beds, and the sofa bed was not fit for an adult,……
