“First night was difficult to sleep due to the odor throughout the condo. So after that slept in the room with the twin beds the rest of the stay. This condo has been completely neglected from the dishes being washed to the floors being mopped and cleaned. I'm sure the resort has some very nice condos here but this one managed by Vacasa is awful. Due to this experience I'll never rent anything from Vacasa again. ”

“It was perfect for what we needed. Short drive to the main area of Banner Elk. If views are what you are looking for , then this is not your place. But we were here for a college bike race. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again our next trip up. ”

“A friend and I brought our kids to ski at Sugar (6 ppl total). I decided to book this place for the open kitchen/living rm and location - I was intrigued by the proximity of this condo to the slopes and the ability to walk to the ski lodge if desired. The property had some modern updates done to the living rm and bedrooms - it had nice tv and huge sectional couch. Beds were comfortable. The back deck looked out toward the lodge and beginner slopes. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Having……

“Apartment was conveniently located next to ski slopes. It has a great view and we loved the view especially at sunrise. Unit could use some updating and a bit more cleaning but I would stay there again. ”

“It was such a cute condo, very homey and welcoming. I'm extremely sound sensitive and I don't know if it was because it's summer and the off season, but I couldn't hear anything at night which was great. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely community, everyone was pleasant. We will definitely come back!”

“The conditions were awesome. The place was awesome and the place smelled amazing and not musty. I would have given everything and excellent but… a couple things. I came for fall and the decorations were very Christmas vibe. Also the main bedroom shower, the shower head…. was ridiculous. For a place that nice spend more than 5.00 on a shower head. The main bed was a little hard, well a lot hard but not the end of the world. All in all. It’s a wonderful place and extremely clean. ”

“The reviews for this were not great, but I was blown away- the property was clean and tidy. The view was great and this was a fun stay for our family. The master bed mattress was a little weird and the wind made loud noises but that’s not the owners fault. Great stay, would return! ”
