“Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,……

“Reception was good, comfort was fine, just that in room 218 one of the sheet had dark spots and we were not happy about it. WiFi was not easily accessible, because there was not WiFi details in our rooms Food was great and the environment was fine”
