“应该是新开业的酒店，很多问题衔接不上，管理比较混乱，面巾纸没有货、房卡不好用直到离开酒店。餐厅咖啡经常没有……”

“Everything was wonderful from check-in to checkout. Fantastic breakfast open the curtains to a very clean window with a great view. People working here are very kind and efficient would definitely come back again.”

“Hyatt Place Hotel in downtown Des Moines is the only place we stay when in town. The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful giving us local info and hints as to what to do and where to eat. Our room is always clean with a lovely view of the area. The location is so convenient to concerts, museums, plays and baseball. We parked our car and walked. A nice workout room with great equipment and a pool just the right size for doing morning laps. The free breakfast is just what we needed to start……

“The staff was absolutely amazing, i did get a free upgrade and got the river view which was lovely. The room was very spacious and clean. My only complaint is the ac vents had something resembling mold in them. ”
