“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“I booked this lodge to be off the beaten path and quiet and it was cool. There is a store and bar on property (bar on weekends only). The room was clean and comfortable. It had a little balcony that was nice to sit and relax on. The hotel was only a 15 minute drive into Santa Cruz. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“The workers seemed very friendly always acknowledge us the only thing I didn’t like is the parking but that’s always Capitola parking….. I do think our room was haunted and yet I didn’t mind it too much. He just wanted to be acknowledged. Interested if anyone else had the feeling of that. But I do think maybe a smart tv would make it better for movies but we made due. ”
