“Check in is at 3pm...everything was pretty quick in the lobby. They have a pool, and you can sign out certain things to play in the pool that was fun for the kids. Our coffee pot, it wasn't working and service. The maid service man, they were awesome. She was awesome. She immediately tried to fix the situation, cleaned it up. Couldn't fix it. So she got another coffee pot. I mean, she really was very sweet, limited english.But you could understand that she was trying her best and her best was……

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
