“This was a great house near the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Since you could walk there, you don’t have to pay for parking and they don’t charge admission, so you could go anytime, very convenient. The house itself is a little older, but still really nice even though it’s screaming to be upgraded. Great deck with a great view. No TV in the living room which was annoying and refreshing at the same time. Needs to have some sort of Bluetooth sound system though. All in all, the house was everything……
