“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“For a weekday, I was how surprised how loud it was until 2:00 am. The walls should be better sound proofed. Other than that the stay was lovely and staff were great.”

“We stopped here for 1 night on our Californian road trip with our 4 year old. We felt like the only people staying here!! The bar and cafe were closed (despite the cafe sign saying it was open...) and it seemed like the shop was opened when the proprietor felt like it (not open during advertised hours). Luckily we'd eaten in nearby at Boulder Creek Pizza & Pub, but we weren't able to get anything for breakfast. The old swimming pool would be such an amazing selling point if it was in use - it……
