“Very clean, with comfortable bedding and decent mattress. Check-in was easy and the staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks were that the water pressure was so low it took forever to wash my hair, and driving into the property was awkward. It sometimes took an extended trip around the block to navigate the one-way streets. Good value for Santa Cruz. ”

“It’s been a few years since I’ve stayed here and now it’s under new ownership. They’ve remodeled the rooms and bathrooms. Very nice, comfortable bed, nice towels, comfortable pillows, and very roomy. Tried to check in early per a text that I received offering it however once I arrived it I wasn’t able to which was disappointing. Only negative was they were going to put me in a room where the air conditioner isn’t working properly;staying cold and I was told the heater in room would off set the……
