“ The recently renovated room was pleasant and fine. The lobby lounge was very nice, there is a decent exercise room, and the pool area was lovely although the swimming pool was ice cold. What made the stay special was the staff - everybody we encountered went out of their way to be gracious, Roy and Kirsten on in the reception area, the morning staff all of them in the breakfast room, and housekeeping in maintenance as we pass them in the corridors. We weren't asking for stuff left and right,……

The facilities are clean, spare and modern. The fixtures are sufficiently cool with the edison bulbs. But the details makes it feel like the staff is going through the motions of hospitality.
