“Nice little place with a kitchen and grill. Everything was pretty clean and easily accessible. Grocery stores are not far away and plenty of things to do. Bed was nice and good water pressure in the shower. Wi-Fi was a tad slow but good enough to steam from one device. Workers were trying to sell us another vacation package which was really annoying, but I guess that’s part of their job. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. ”

“Quaint, boutique hotel with adorable touches of repurposed window frames, doors & suitcases. Nice wine tasting happy hour from one of the local wineries. Outdoor seating with fire pits. Wonderful breakfast buffet from their partner restaurant “Taste” which we highly recommend for dinner. Danielle was helpful & informative with regards to history & things to see/do.”

“We stayed in the senior room. Other than lack of windows, the room was good. Bed was very comfortable. Walked to La Contenta club house for breakfast. Nice walk along the golf course and breakfast was excellent. ”

“This property was perfect for my husband and me. It was private, quiet, & a close drive to my husbands class reunion. It was easy to reach the owner. The property is surrounded by grape vineyards. We were in studio 5. There is a homey, spacious & enclosed backyard. I will return. ”

“Wonder location and beautiful environment especially with all the cats ! Although I didn’t have enough time to spend outside to watch all of them play ! The owner went above and Bryon to make sure I was comfortable with my choice of room and had all my breakfast favorites ready for me because I had a very early departure. “We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. We didn't plan for tennis, but the hosts are both ex pros; so if tennis is your thing,……
