“We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. “Chicken Ranch has everything we need. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kus, she’s nailed all the drinks and super down to earth. I think this is probably one of the best place that near Yosemite (about 2hrs away). Great place to relax with pools and restaurants. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel room was great – very comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was generous and tasty, especially the waffles, which were delicious! Breakfast was served a bit early for vacationers who enjoy sleeping in, but everything else was truly excellent. The town itself was also wonderful. All in all, a perfect stay! ”
