“We had a change of plans for our road trip and found this delightful B and B at the last minute. We were very pleasantly surprised; the property is beautiful architecturally, the hosts were really gracious and welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Murphy's is a little foodie haven with a bunch of local cellar doors open to the public, and historic goldrush era buildings in the surrounding villages. We didn't plan for tennis, but the hosts are both ex pros; so if tennis is your thing,……

Breakfast was served a bit early for vacationers who enjoy sleeping in, but everything else was truly excellent. The town itself was also wonderful. All in all, a perfect stay! ”

“This is a beautiful Inn downtown Murphy’s. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. Walk to shops and restaurants. Close to everything.”
