“Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que los desayunos son muy repetitivos, tienen variedad pero casi toda la comida es dulce. ”

“Minha estadia foi otima, quarto limpo e confortável hotel lindo com uma vista incrível, mas infelizmente o wifi é pessimo, e o cafe da manha nem sempre estava com tudo pronto as 7:30, ruim para quem acorda cedo para ir aos passeios ! no hotel tem uma area de lazer com jogos e as 3:30 da madrugada tinha gente fazendo barulho incomodando os hospedes que acordariam cedo no outro dia para os passeios ! Essas sao minhas únicas queixas. ”

“Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. The building is not the newest and is definitely not really noise proof but the other guests were considerate. The kitchen is great, with a fridge, a few pots and pans and 3 sinks, and is……

“Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up”

“The hotel needed some updating, the bathroom was small and needed some renovations. The noise from the lift and other rooms where were noisy with slumming of doors which could have been remediated by putting rubber seal. It did disturbe sleeping.”

“Great apartment in an amazing location with a lovely view. Very close to the bus stop to get to lots of hikes. Cozy place and the hosts were very helpful. Felt very safe and secure. No AC in the apartment I was in but you can regulate the temperature by opening the windows. ”

Pero hemos ido en otoño y la habitación tenía ya la calefacción predeterminada y no se podía cambiar, escribí a Nicolás el contacto del hotel y omitía mis consultas que quería que lo cambiaran porque no a todas las personas nos gusta una temperatura que alguien decidió, muy mal. Después consulté que si me podían guardar el equipaje después del check out y la respuesta fue que por una hora y media. La verdad el servicio cliente está muy mal, deberían de mejorar. “El hotel está muy céntrico, están cerca los restaurantes más icónicos, tiendas, chocolaterías, etc. Las excursiones que tomé, todas pasaban por mí al frente del hotel por lo céntrico. El personal es muy educado y alegre. La comida del desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy variado. Hace falta un poco de proteína (el huevo lo venden por aparte). La habitación muy limpia y en buen estado estructural. Hay buena calefacción. El tomacorrientes está escondido entre la cama y la pared por lo que si quiere usar……
