“I never received access information and had to call upon arrival. Once inside the property the building and unit were extremely difficult to locate and there was no assistance available. The condo was extremely dated and furnishings were in very poor condition. Towels, bedding and furniture very worn. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortably hard and zero amenities--no facial tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent,or soap in shower. The handsoap and shampoo which were provided were in……

“This condo had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It comes with a garage filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. It is conveniently located across the street from the Queen's Market Place. You'll have choices for shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. The condo is steps from the pool. It's about a 20-minute drive north from the Kailua-Kona airport. The complex has a gym and the surroundings are well maintained. The one thing this condo……
