“I absolutely loved my loft! Wonderful views, felt like home. I was house hunting and needed a long term stay with my two cats. The staff were amazing and polite. Very accommodating and friendly! The bar WXYZ, great menu of cocktails and locally brewed beers. However, they didn’t have much of a variety for food when I needed something quick to go to take to my room. Wonderful Amenities! My only complaint is not really related to the hotel. But rather the muscle cars, and loud motorcycles that……

“The hotel is very old and outdated. The ambiance around seemed a bit unsafe to be out at night there was a lot of homeless just walking across the parking lot. Also as I was walking my dog there was a prostitute posted in the back entrance of the hotel. Obviously for the price you’re not going to get a 5 star hotel but I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay.”

“Hotel was fantastic. Staff was excellent. When visiting, it's important to note that Asheville businesses mostly open between 10a-11a. There is also not much to do at night unless you like bars. Fantastic hiking in Smokey Mountain National Park and Pisgah National Forest. Also highly recommend Biltmore Estate.”
