“Second time staying with this group. They’re wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located cabins for our love of Great Smoky National Park and the area. The only thing we wish they had was shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap in the shower. We forgot they didn’t provide those and had to go to the store. ”

“We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. “I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. “We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it.”
