“The cabin was lovely! It was very clean and comfortable. Listing was accurate. We were family of 6, kids aged 14-8 and we fit very comfortably for such a tiny home. We stayed for 1 night- if a trip was for longer than a night or 2, I could foresee the 1 bathroom being an issue, but for our quick trip it proved be a perfect place. “Cabin is contemporary, safe, and has a fantastic view. Internet is minimal but the owner made that clear in the listing. Verizon gets great reception (T-Mobile not so much) there so maybe get a hotspot if necessary (unlimited for $50/mo). The only risk seems to be the road if there is inclement weather. “My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is very accommodating and has a lot to offer. We visited the animals of Buffalo Creek and it was a good time. We went to Berm Park and Maggie Valley, which are less than a 30-minute drive away. I have a few minor complaints: the beds are not comfortable in our opinion, there were cobwebs throughout the house, the grass had not been cut, and the backyard could use a routine spraying of insecticide.
