“I wish the room has air purifier, like Japanese hotels do have them to reduce the room oder. Location is good, near by mall, i75 high way and banks. Room seems old a bit. The bed is too soft. The shower water pressure is low. ”

“Check in was good. Front desk was polite and helpful. But when we went to check in our room at 7pm our was being cleaned. I found this weird because we had a 3pm check in time. Again the girl at the front desk was helpful and assigned us a new room. This hotel is dirty and is in need of a deep clean. ”

“The bed was super comfortable and as a fan of white noise, it was nice to have a heating/AC unit that had a continuous fan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was mostly clean but the fridge had food crumbs in it and there was some garbage stuck to the kitchen floor. Everything else was just fine.”

“It was a very clean hotel and the bar was great”

“The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations. ”
