“No frills and easy access to the room. Room was clean and had modern amenties. Location at 40th and Chestnut was perfect. Note there is no hotel staff on site but everything is done via text. I only wish they bad luggage storage after check out but otherwise an amazing stay!”

“Rented the house with a group of graduate students from North Carolina attending the AOTA conference. Was able to comfortably sleep everyone with enough room for luggage. With multiple bathrooms, everyone was able to get up and out on time. The rooftop patio was an awesome bonus to an already great home. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future. ”
