“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”

“First impression was that the grounds were well kept. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cozy. Pool was clean and very quiet. Only a 6 minute drive to the nearest T station to head into the city. Was a great stay. Will be back!”

“Location was great right next to Kenmore station and BU buildings right across. Hotel doesnt have any restaurants itself but has a Japanese place adjoining & Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks also right next to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is quite good. Everything needed was there. We had a room facing Fenway Park.”
