“Stayed for a quick staycation in Phoenix, the Kimpton fit the bill. The lobby was busy but nice and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. There was an incident with the pool staff waitress but we ignored it and chalked it up to her being young and inexperienced. The rooftop pool was nice but we didn't like that non-residents could reserve pool chairs ALL DAY regardless if they showed or not disallowing hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the poolside. “I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel at ASU and had a great experience overall.
