“ Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms especially brown chest of drawers in bedroom need changing.lounge area great. Some……

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“We loved the location - close to restaurants, shops & on the beach. Housekeeping was so kind and great. The waitstaff by the pool was great! The waitstaff at the restaurant which overlooks the beach wasn’t. The restaurant manager was great. ”
