“Brilliant location!! Easy parking and lovely room. Beds were super comfy. Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant. Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated. Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times. We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. ”

“We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. ”
