However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing……

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. ”
