“Is clean and quiet ”

“We stayed at Sheraton La Jolla a couple of times already, so we kind of knew what to expect. Staff were great. From front desk to housekeeping staff, everyone was corteous and helpful. The lobby is very spacious. If i had time to rest i would have sat down in the lobby. Sheraton Mission Bay is very close to Mission Beach and Sea World . Its the reason why we picked it. What we also loved is there is a Target accros it with a lot of restaurants, an AMC. My only nit pick was i wish they had……

“很不好的體驗，我們三個人入住了三個房間，當到其中一間房間發現地毯上很多血跡，到櫃檯要求換房，接待櫃檯態度很差的在很多客人面前大聲的指責我不能私下換房間，只能依他安排的房間入住🤔，這讓我很納悶且很不舒服，但我的重點是有血跡地毯住起來會很不舒服，需要換房間，而不是來聽你對我的指責而且是很大聲語氣很差的，感覺真的很差😨，我不敢說客戶至上，但是起碼讓我覺得很不被尊重，當下讓我覺得我選擇這間飯店入住是錯的，這樣的四星酒店讓人覺得不值得。 剛進到更換的房間，脫下鞋走到廁所們口地毯襪子都濕了，發現地毯淹水了，床邊地毯也淹水淹一大半，想說很晚了先睡覺再說，結果整晚上也無法睡，一直有水聲，冒泡聲，滴水聲，結果廁所牆壁漏水，早上起來整個廁所淹水了，這間飯店的品質…..”
