“This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. The toilet flushes whole night and after ask the hotel engineer staff to check he said the system works that way which means every 10 mins will have automatic noise flush sound. “The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive. ”
