“My wife and I booked a room at Valhalla Resort for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived shortly after check-in time, 4:15 p.m. We were immediately greeted by a gentleman who helped us with our luggage. When we walked inside to register, I was taken by the beautiful interior of the lobby area and the restaurant which is visible when you enter. We were offered a complimentary glass of champagne then we went to our room on the 2nd floor which was also was beautifully……

Unfortunately there was a problem with the community water supply and half way through the trip the management company offered to move us to one of the other properties. The area is beautiful, roads are tough to get up but we got the hang of it The outdoor space was great. Beautiful views. Bedrooms on every level. We were there during a "heat wave" and the AC was having a hard time keeping the common area cool but I doubt that is an issue most of the year. We are……

“Online listing clearly said 4 king and 1 queen bed with bunk beds. I have screenshot proof that i have received email after check in. And property manager said it said online 3 king 1 queen and 1 bunk bed. Family did enjoyed thier stay. ”
