However, do not stay in the 100 or 200 (and maybe 300) level rooms: these seem to be refurbished structures form the original motel: paper thin walls, creaky floors, some trace o0f cigarette smoke from the years gone by. Insist on 400 or 500 or 600 or 700 rooms in newer 2 story buildings”

“We came for a long weekend of wine tasting and bike riding and this hotel was the perfect location! Right on the square and within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The hotel is beautifully decorated with natural colors and lots of windows. Wine tasting every night in the lobby. Valet car service was included, not extra charge. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back. ”

“Loved this inn. The hospitality was wonderful. Liz was the chef on December 26 and everything was superb. She made a persimmon bread that was so moist and tasty. She also made me an omelet made from cheese, bacon and apple. It was fabulous. A very quaint inn that made us feel at home. Looking for a place in Healdsburg? Give this place a try. Extremely enjoyable. ”

“We enjoyed access to the jacuzzi and pool, our balcony, sitting areas around the property, the small complementary wine bottle upon our arrival, but staff seemed overworked and unhappy, cleanliness left much to be desired, including coffee stain left on the wall and no housekeeping services. ”

“Loved everything about this place, right in the heart of healdsburg, walking distance to everything! Very quiet and only 3 cottages. It is in a commercial district, while the place itself was charming you are surrounded by businesses and construction. Not a big deal on a weekend! There is no front desk but gives a you a very secluded feel. No complaints other than the coffee pods were only decaf. We will be back!”

“Had an amazing visit here this October! Everyone was very friendly, we got a personal tour around the vineyard followed by a wine tasting. The space was all very recently renovated, so everything was clean and new. The next morning, we even got a private chef breakfast! It was really nice having some peace and quiet away from busier Napa for a night. Next time I would want to bring some food to cook with us, since it is worth noting that there aren't many restaurant options in the area, but……

“Everything about our stay was amazing, from the greeting when we arrived, to the care and concern about our comfort. The grounds were very enjoyable with breakfast by the Koi pond, to a full size Bocce ball court surrounded by grape vines. There is also a croquet court, putting green, tennis court and pool: all in a beautiful setting.”
