“We loved our stay. The house was beautiful , pool was great. Definitely recommend getting the pool heat. The weather was nice, some rain and sun. Quiet neighborhood, close to so many places. We visited Disney springs , epperson lagoon, and animal kingdom. Great neighborhood, tons of towels and laundry room. Rooms were big and spacious. Weird set up with waking in to the dining room. “My husband and I enjoyed our 2 month stay in Kissimmee. The house was located in a convenient location for restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool & spa were more geared to a younger crowd - our adult kids joined us for a week and they enjoyed it. It was just too difficult for me to manage without a railing. Other than a couple of kitchen items missing for long term rentals this was a fabulous success. Although we don’t have plans to come back to Kissimmee, if we do we would definitely stay……

Getting answers to what was at the property regarding cooking essentials, hair dryers, bed size clarifications etc. Was non existent. Very limited answers and wrong answers were given. “Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated.
