“I spent two nights here with my sister for some Poughkeepsie adventures and it was the perfect home base! Our room was really well appointed and we utilized the fridge and desk to our full advantage. We had leftover meals in the room and produced art at the desk together! “Communication with host was very good, and accessing the property was easy. The location was also very good with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pets a welcomed with no extra fees. Area rugs are worn and stained - should be replaced. Bathroom is very cramped.”

“The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out……

“The setting for this bed and breakfast was what you think of when you think of bed and breakfast - quaint setting - rustic accommodations in a country environment. Bring your computer or a book - no TV in the room. The only "complaint" is that breakfast was sparse. We thought she said, "yogurt, fruit, and granola" but when we looked in the around the common kitchen/frig we didn't see any granola. There were 2 containers of yogurt and a small bowl of blueberries. We weren't sure the other stuff……

“The upstairs had a bunch of pee stains and reeked. We had to buy febreeze and carpet cleaner to try and get rid of the smell. There were a bunch of bugs, the couch was covered in dirt and crumbs. It did not look like it was cleaned before we got there. We had to leave and book a room at a nearby hotel. The property manager did not answer our phone calls and the host did not answer our messages until the following morning when we had already left. ”
