“We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Resort. The property is relatively new and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hospitable, as expected from Filipinos. However, the staff would benefit from proper training in hospitality industry standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent - some days, toilet paper was not replaced, and towels were missing. At the 7th floor restaurant, the location is beautiful, especially for watching the sunset. However, several menu items were unavailable……

“Facilities not maintain that well, and you have to keep calling front desk to fix these. You will feel it overprice and not meet your exceptions.”

“Hôtel super bien situé avec une vue absolument magnifique. Les chambres du glamping sont très belle mais malheureusement le service laisse à désirer… Nous avons réservé un séjour de 4 nuits et sur ces 4, la première le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la chambre, la deuxième nous n’avions pas de serviettes ni d’eau. Lors de notre Check out une des deux femmes de l’accueil était en FaceTime devant nous sans aucune gêne. Bref, dommage car hôtel à fort potentiel … ”

“The hotel is up to the hill that required u to take hotel pick up service as tuktuk cannot go up. However, it did not affect our experience there. The hotel respond to our request on WhatsApp very quickly. They even set up a bbq station at our roof top that we can buy seafood and meat in the public market in a very cheap price and enjoy our bbq at our rooftop. The breakfast is good too, a lot of options and good quality ”

“The property is off the beat and path. Its secluded with a private beach area. The staff is uber friendly and accommodating. The massage services are reasonably priced. My onky less than stellar comments i the limited dining options. Its somewhat restricted in 2 hours for breakfast and lunch l. But it wouldn't kerp me from returning. very reasonably pricesd”
