“Condo was nice, and great location. That's where it ends. Tub in master bath was VERY slow to drain so taking showers ended up being a bath. Washing machine hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time so it was moldy and smelled gross to the point we didn't want to do any laundry there, even though this was a selling point on this condo. “The property was not properly cleaned we put my grandson in the floor to play and he got ahold of a peanut that that was missed while cleaning which was not the only one we found by the way he ended up getting chocked and had to be taken to the er there was a roach in the room with the double beds the shared bathroom sink and toilet where stopped up the nobs on the stove had stuff on them the shower in the master bathroom with the beach view shower wasn't cleaned properly the elevator took……

“The balcony was very big and provide a beautiful view of the gulf.”

“Facility, wonderful. Management failed to ask about parking passes and only issued one. We were reprimanded on night of arrival. Parking pass was delivered in the room when we were away on the third day of stay. They could've called to meet us there. I know they OWN the property, but it's an invasion of privacy to go into a unit when residents are away. People go through our things, private underwear drawers etc and it's unsettling they go into a unit without tenets present. I will……

“We absolutely loved this place. Easy parking, roomy and plenty of light, comfortable beds, we had all we needed for 5 days. Watched the sunset every evening from our deck. Loved waking up to the beach view from our oceanfront balcony upstairs. We will definitely stay here again. Only thing missing were some basic beach accessories, like beach chairs, umbrella, tumblers.”
