I loved the vintage vibe, the private beach!!, the great customer service (Charlotte, David, Melissa), clean rooms with the best water pressure on a shower/immediate hot water, cute back patio area, attentive housekeeping, on-site dining options, bikes, and proximity to town & other sites. “My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And……

“Our short trip to sag harbor was planned very last minute. Raymond was more the than happy to accommodate and left us a really nice goody bag to boot !! The house was newly renovated with all the expected amenities. Lots of sleeping quarters yet felt cozy. From the pool and pool house, the outdoor kitchen, “driving range” and gym there was something for everyone !! Raymond was a gracious host!”

“The Farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous-inside and out! Food and service were excellent. Back yard with chickens and alpacas was a delight. Anne, our hostess, was welcoming and very down to earth. Our stay was a pleasure!”
