“This place was just what we needed. We stayed here for a cheer comp at Orange County Co bc Denton Center. It was close enough that we weren’t on I4 very long (stuck in traffic). There were plenty of shopping, food and gas places around. My kids loved the fact that the pool was less than a 5minute walk away. The dumpster was right down the road so we could walk our trash there when it was full. Overall, it was great! ”

“I loved the aesthetics. The building was beautiful and clean. I wish they carried the design into the rooms. Each unit was pretty minimalistic, which made the room feel cold and drab at night. Opening the shades allowed outside's beauty to enhance the room.”

“The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however,……
