“Walking to the airport instantly. Quite close to Jumbo Mall, great for a short stay before leaving Helsinki. Food at their restaurant is great.”

“Room was modernly designed, but the room and toilet is tiny, no laundry service. The front desk lady said i can find a laundry place from a shopping mall 3 km, not sure if she’s joking or not. You have to pay €20 extra for the wellness area, food there was overpriced, sauna and pool are overcrowded”

“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. “Clean and comfy room. Good selections of breakfast. Great location with supermarket and mall, train station just next to the hotel. Nice and polite staff both at front desk and in the breakfast place. Oh but someday the coffee and sugar in room are not refilled... Still pretty good in general.”
