“New and neat. Just a bit cramped for 3 adults. ”

“Our most recent visit (9/10/25) was our second and as enjoyable as our first. Sadly the tram was out of service due to a problem in the city, however a replacement bus was in service and was free👍. The room was very good and an excellent shower however there was an issue with the sliding shower head which was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel later that day. Taxis can be arranged by the hotel if required and usually arrive within 10 minutes. The staff on reception were really helpful……

“Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next”

“I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. ”

“We had a family reunion in the bar restaurant. The manager of the bar restaurant was exceptional plus. We had come to Dublin from Canada to select a grave marker for my mom's grave in Dublin. It was a unique experience to share the marker with her family. The occasion was from 6pm to 11pm\closing, This time frame gave my family the flexibility to attend. Our family ordered dinners and drinks through out the evening until closing, due the flexible venue. Big Thank you. ”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, gorgeous rooms and the bathroom was to die for. I didn’t love the location, felt a little far from everything and you didn’t want to take a wrong turn kind of feeling.”

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”
