“Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.”

“It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.”

“The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved. ”

“只提供很薄的被子，暖氣控制很差時冷時熱，風扇聲音很大。浴室可能因為乾濕分離的玻璃都很小怕水噴濺到浴缸外，所以水量很小很難調整適當的水溫，不是太熱就是太冷”

“飯店離地鐵約步行10分鐘，飯店門口有Bus23號到市中心的主廣場，地點不是很方便。這裡有很多的團體客人。櫃檯人員服務很好，早餐普通，飯店有些老舊，但環境算清潔。”

“地點非常方便, 地鐵站就在對面馬路, 酒店名是沒有TRYP的, 千萬別用TRYP去找, 酒店職員說名稱已改。房間舒適, 可惜沒有熱水煲 / 咖啡或茶自助設施，沐浴的遮掩也太小, 水都會潑到地上去. 早餐也不錯, 可惜熱的食物不多, 職員態度親切”
