“The female staffs i had contact with were great, very lovely to talk to; room was very clean, but the small bathtube could be challenging for people with reduced mobility. “Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“Absolutely horrible, the room has strong smell of cigarettes like people having a huge smoking party in it. I stayed 3 nights with windows open and sprayed air fresh lots of times, still can’t get rid of the smell. Even I hang my washed underwear in the bathroom and my underwear smells like cigarettes. The soap stand was dirty also. Full of dust. Location is perfect tho, and the receptionist was nice. But the room, NAH!!”
