“El hotel en si, nos gustó mucho, pero el personal nos pareció muy deficiente. Primeramente, en recepción la atención fue muy poco cordial. Es la primera vez que nos pasa en un Hotel NH. Y nuestra experiencia en el desayuno también fue lamentable. El servicio muy deficiente e inoperante, solicitamos pan sin gluten y unos huevos que nunca nos los trajeron, y mi esposa tuvo que salir sin desayunar más que un café! Deben mejorar la selección de personal. Eso da mala imagen a un hotel de esa……
