“1）图片與實際房型不符合 2）房間裏未開的紅酒不見，我曾要求服務人員隔日送回，仍然未送回，飯店主管知曉後也有要求他們再次送回，但是服務人員仍然不理會，経我又反應，主管單位才知曉，雖然後耒有處理，但是五星飯店有如此怠慢的態度，顕然管理有問題。 3）最後一天飯店主管給予3:00PM late check out的優惠，但是當日櫃枱人員仍然打電話要求立即退房，原因是有人已經要搬入，距離飯店主管給的時間還有二小時.....。 這個五星級酒店應該多降二級。 ”

The bathtub, where we shower, there's no light there, which make the bathroom pretty dark that we can barely see. Well, maybe I'm a bit exaggerating but I like my bathroom to be clear and light up.
